Do I pay separately for every country?

No. Mondsey pricing is per parcel regardless of destination rather than a separate service fee for each country.

What is the annual compliance minimum?

There is a £199/year compliance minimum. Your per-parcel fees count toward it, so active merchants clear it through normal usage. It covers the cost of maintaining your registrations across all markets.

What happens to my deposit if I cancel?

Any unused balance is refunded.

What if my packaging weight changes?

If your average packaging weight changes for three months in a row, we adjust your profile to match.
