1.2 The Website is operated jointly by Mondsey Fintech Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 13227608, registered office 1 Mark Square, London, EC2A 4EG, United Kingdom) ("Mondsey UK"), and Mondsey Fintech Ltd, a company incorporated in Ireland (company number 688444) ("Mondsey Ireland") (together, "Mondsey", "we", "us", or "our").
1.3 By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
1.4 These Terms apply to all visitors to the Website, whether or not they are registered users of the Mondsey Platform. If you are a registered merchant, your use of the Mondsey Platform is also governed by the Merchant Services Agreement and the Platform Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
1.5 We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of these Terms. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you.
2. The Website
2.1 The Website provides information about Mondsey and the Mondsey Platform, an EU packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance service for e-commerce merchants shipping goods into the European Union.
2.2 The content on the Website is provided for general information purposes only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Website.
2.3 Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Website, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Website is accurate, complete, or up to date. In particular, information about EPR regulations, registration requirements, and compliance obligations in EU member states may change at any time, and we do not undertake to update the Website in real time to reflect such changes.
3. Access to the Website
3.1 We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of the Website without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.2 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website, including a suitable internet connection and compatible device.

4. Acceptable Use

4.2 Any breach of Clause 4.1 may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and in the material published on it, including (without limitation) all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
5.2 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Website for your personal use. You may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on the Website.
